JADER ROBERTO BORGES
Advogado formado em 2015 pela Universidade Paulista - UNIP, onde ao longo do seu curso foi Presidente do Centro Acadêmico 27 de Novembro. Atuou como assessor parlamentar junto ao Vereador Agnaldo Timóteo, periodo que foi Presidente da Juventude Municipal do Partido Progressista junto ao Presidente do Partido Deputado Federal Celso Russomanno. Combatente advogado atuando junto aos Tribunais de São Paulo e todo o Brasil, com julgados na Corte Federal e Suprema. Membro nomeado na nova Gestão da OAB-SP pela Presidente Patricia Vanzolini na Comissão do Direito do Consumidor, foi membro da Comissão da Prerrogativa na Gestão passada. Pos Graduado na UNIP em Pratica Civil e Processo Civil, diversos cursos ministrados pela OAB-SP.
Lawyer graduated in 2015 from Paulista University - UNIP, where during his studies he was President of the 27th of November Academic Center. He worked as a parliamentary advisor to City Councilor Agnaldo Timóteo, during which time he was President of the Municipal Youth of the Progressive Party alongside the Party President, Federal Deputy Celso Russomanno. A combative lawyer practicing in the Courts of São Paulo and throughout Brazil, with judgments in the Federal and Supreme Courts. Appointed to the new OAB-SP (São Paulo Bar Association) administration by President Patricia Vanzolini on the Consumer Law Committee, he was a member of the Prerogative Committee in the previous administration. Post-graduate in Civil Practice and Civil Procedure from UNIP, and has completed several courses taught by the OAB-SP.
